• Rates are on a Garage-to-Garage basis, inclusive of fuel & chauffeur charges. GST extra.
• Toll, parking, permits, and applicable taxes will be charged extra as per actuals.
• Minimum 4 hours lead time required for booking and cancellation.
• Bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
• If usage exceeds 50% of booked hours/kilometers, the next package rate will apply.
• Outstation trips: Minimum 300 km/day or actual usage (whichever is higher).
• Driver allowance and night charges may apply.
• Luxury vehicles require advance booking and are subject to availability.
• Cancellation:
  • 2 hours before duty: Free
  • After dispatch / No-show: Minimum 4 hrs / 40 km charge
• Billing cycle: 15 days credit period | Late payment charges applicable.
• Rates may vary based on fuel price, demand, and vehicle category.
